When considering what to include in your submission please remember that halfwayokay is a family friendly show and tends to stray away political and social topics.  Just think goofy, weird and fun!  

Please include your name, age and address with your submissions.

Please note that your submissions will not be returned to you.  

We here at halfwayokay have no intention of profiting off of anyone else’s creativity. However, for legality’s sake, we must mention that submissions will become property of halfwayokay.  We will have the right to print, reproduce, distribute, or modify the artwork for use in any of our products, on our Web site, and in our publicity and promotional materials, royalty-free and forever.

If you are under 18 please include a parental permission in order for us to use your submissions.  This can be as simple as a name and date included with the submissions along with a statement such as “I am Sally’s parent.  I have read and agreed to the terms of halfwayokay’s fan submission policy posted at www.halfwayokay.com.”
